Anyone know what is going on for India EB3?

I have been reading through the internet trying to understand what will happen for the October 2020 filers, especially downgrade filers.
make me wonder if I will ever get a green card

My priority date is Jul 2011, and I did a downgrade file, but it looks like USCIS isn't processing any EB3 India applications in FY-2022?

Some please say something positive? Feeling super depressed and worried about all of this
