Hello,
My i-360 vawa approved 3 days back and VSC told me that it takes a month to get a manual approval notice.
I have 2 questions.
1) So, now I can stay in usa without worried of my status as my I-360 is approved.
2) I was married to a usa citizen. My I-485 is pending with uscis and it's been 14 months now. I get a letter from uscis (on Dec-27-2021) that I need to submit my medical when my interview comes up for I-485 or if uscis sends me an RFE. After that I did not here from them anything.
3) Currently, I am working on my EAD but it is valid till Sep-2022. Do I need to renew it in May-2022 because I heard that it takes 3-4 months to renew my EAD ?
