I need your help/advice or historical testimony so I can better understanding how to go about my case.
I filed my VAWA I-360 on June 2019. Since then the only thing I got was travel parole document.
Few weeks ago, I submitted inquiry through Congressman office, so today I received a response that my case is waiting or delayed because of "Security Background check."
So, why would my security Background check last for 3 years when I'm not a criminal? I have never been to any jail or police custody?? Never been arrested ever before?? Never been a terrorist or gangs......Is this just a curse on me or why would my case drag that long? I'm not growing any young and I'm beginning to loose Hope.
I'm really frustrated. I have been sued by credit companies, lost everything I owned. I was thrown out to the streets from the place I was being hosted, it's so frustrating to expirience what I'm going through. I can't work because since 2019 I don't have EAD card.
Please, anyone out here who has experience on this security Background check, or anyone who knows how I can handle this, please advise me. I'm very frustrated....
