I-485 Family Based

Hi everyone! I sponsored my alien spouse in 2018. Fast forward, in November 2019 we did our interview and it went well. IO said her superior must review the case to make a final decision. The status of our case has been "Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed" since then. We've been waiting 2 years and 6 months now. Nothing has been done or sent to us. Besides, checking our case status online, is there any other way to find out what happened to our case? I've tried calling but it is all automatic reply.
Any tips or experiences are much appreciated!

Have you done an inquiry for "Case outside normal processing time"?

Have you used Emma assistance (chat bot)? I have contacted customer service using Emma several times.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
