Can any one advise me? I have AP through spouse sponsorship of 485 and I have H-1B through my employer. I am planning on going on a vacation to India for about 6 weeks. Also have an EAD that is about to expire on Oct 23rd. I have applied for a renewal of my EAD. What kind of documents will I be required to have for my re-entry. Please help.....
