Hi Everyone,
I came to the us few years ago on F1 status and I had F1 status till the end of 2020. I applied for asylum before my F1 status becomes expired. I won DV lottery in 2021 and am looking to do the AOS.
Do you guys think I have the chance of getting GC through AOS? I have never accumulated unlawful presence. Can I refer to matter of L-K? Plus, USCIS has never scheduled the asylum interview for me.
Is there anyone here who had asylum pending in case and got GC through the DV lottery?
Please let me know your insight and if I have to hire an expert lawyer.
