filling of 1485

filling of 1485

Hi,
I came to US on B2 Visa and got married here to a permanent resident(who was our family friend) here in April and filled i130 on May 21st and got i130 approved on July.And now my visa got expired on sep 28th we have applied for extn now. My question is can i apply for i485 as my i130 is been approved or i have to wait till my visa number is available.

I am confused please help.....

You have to wait till your Priority Date is current.
