I tried to find this answer and kept finding almost answers so I wanted to be sure. I am a Canadian citizen awaiting my uscis green card. I was in school on an f1 and got married the summer my program ended. I married a us citizen. I recently got the ead combo card approved and I just wanted to make sure travel would be safe. My husband and I had our first child and we would like to take them across the border. my program ended august of last year (I-20 date has passed) but I am married to a us citizen traveling on the advanced parole shouldn’t be a problem correct? Thank you!!
