Your question is confusing ...
I'm not an immigration lawyer but I think you should wait until your entire case is completed before you get remarried or apply for a divorce.

According to this USCIS page:
Therefore it seems that you can remarry after the approval of your I-360 petition and it won't affect your I-485 based on that approved petition.Your Form I-360 will be denied if you re-marry prior to the approval of the Form I-360.
