I have 2 separate pending 485 application under my A number AXXX-XXX-XXX. they are not interfile its 2 separate.
EB3-485 along with EB3-140 amendment was submitted on OCT 2020
EB2-485 was submitted on FEB 2022.
My biometric was done on April 2021 based on EB3-485 submission date and the same biometric was reused on March 2022 when i submitted my EB2-485 application.
Question: i am planning to pull-back my EB3-485 petition because the I-140 is denied for this case, now since the same biometric is reused in EB2 will it create any issue in adjudicating my EB2-485 case?
