Filing I-485 from India

Hello Everyone,

I have to travel to India in the moth of June and I can return to US only on October as I got my L1 visa drop box appointment on October. In case, if my EB2 priority date ( Feb 2015) become current while I am in India, will it be possible to file I-485 from India?

You may have to go for consular processing in India and get GC .

Your best bet in my opinion would be to file your 485 after returning to US.
