Filed for EB3 downgrade (Amended): Oct 30, 2020. Downgrade status: Pending.
No change in employer.
My spouse 485 application is moved to NBC 2 days back. Is it a good idea to interfile back to EB2 while my spouse application is moved to NBC? Or can I wait for 2 months to see if it is processed by NBC before I refile?
