A question about processing time

Hi, everyone,
I have a small question.
If the processing time for I-485 is 4 months (Nebraska), does this mean I can get the green card or at least get it approved at the end of the 4th month after my application?

That is correct Tom, when they mention the number of months, it means they are on target. If the mention a date, that means they are running behind.
