I-485 never filed
With Employer B (Similar job) PERM in progress at PWD (couple months only)
Since priority date is current how can I file I-485. Employer A will not help. Current employer will not provide I-485J because I-485 was never filed.
Can I file I-485 on personal basis , what if I-485J is not filed with I-485?
What if priority date remains current for a year and I-485 not filed by current employer due to PERM processing taking more than a year?
Any help in right direction much appreciated.
