Hey everyone,
After I married my US citizen wife, I prepared an I-485 package and submitted it to USCIS. I did not fill out I-130 online. I submitted it with the AOS package as well and submitted a total $1,225 application fee check.
2 times I got NOA because the application fee was incorrect or has not been provided. Has anyone come across this situation? What should I do? Do I have to fill out I-130 and pay $550 through the USCIS site? Normally, many people can apply to the AOS package by giving only 1.225, but I am having such a problem.
