I-693 with civil surgeon outside of US?

Hello,

My situation is very sticky... I am a permanent resident as of July, but my wife and daughter are still in the AOS process. Back in March, we came back to renew our visas (L1 and L2s) and the process got hit by administrative processing so we've been unable to return home to the US, from Mexico, since March.

During the waiting, I got the green card and my wife and daughter got he RFE for medical examination. Since we can't come back to the US, we're frantically looking for a civil surgeon that can perform the medical examination and fill out the I-693 form for both my wife and daughter, in Mexico (anywhere in the country) so we can respond to the RFE since we have better chances of their residencies moving forward than the administrative processing getting completed.

Does anyone know of any civil surgeon who may be able to do this? I've been calling every single one at the border with no luck so far. Thank you!

I know that in Ciudad Juarez there are 2 clinics that do the medical exam for people getting their immigrant visas.

I don't know if they can fill the I-693. My guess is that form I-693 can only be filled by a civil surgeon in the USA.

Thank you! I had called those two but they're only panel physicians so they're not authorized for the form USCIS requires us to send, unfortunately. I'll keep looking
