USCIS typically provides an approximate timeframe for processing RFE responses on their website. However, these processing times are subject to change, and USCIS may experience delays due to various reasons, including higher application volumes or staffing issues.

      Hello -- shiva_82

Did you get any response? I am in same boat - Its been 90 days since RFE was submitted for I140. Anyone else has any idea on how much time it takes?

It is already more than 70 days since my RFE response was filed. I'm wondering if it's worth spending $2500 to request for premium processing of my RFE response (which would mean my case would be possibly processed in another 45 days from then) or just wait as it would have been 115 days since I submitted my RFE response by then.

Is there a max time before which USCIS is expected to process a RFE response? When I search online, there is no clear answer while in many places it says that I should definitely get a response within 90 days after USCIS recived my RFE response.

I have an EAD/AP combo card so my motivation to get my I140 processed quickly is with a hope that my 485 would be picked up for processing shortly after. I still have not submitted my medicals, as recommended by my attorney to wait until I get a RFE so significant time is expected for processing of my 485 even if it's picked for processing shortly after.

        What would be your recommendation?
Navigating USCIS timelines can be challenging. While The $2500 investment may pay off, especially if it aligns with your goal of accelerating the overall immigration process. For insights into navigating legal processes, check out this resource on Austrian gambling laws https://lokalo.de/artikel/296074/glu...terreich-2023/ —a reminder to approach regulatory matters diligently. It might expedite the process, especially given your EAD/AP combo card's connection to 485 processing. The 90-day guideline is a general expectation, but individual cases vary. Considering your unique circumstances, if time is crucial for your 485, premium processing could be a strategic move. Consult with your attorney for personalized advice based on the latest updates and trends in USCIS processing times.
