Applying for AOS for my mother
Question is regarding green card application for parents. Applying for my mum, my original birth certificate has my father's full name (who is no more), however it only has my mum's first name. I was able to get a new birth certificate with mum's full name, but i think a recently generated birth certificate results in RFE. So, should I submit both the birth certificates or get affidavits from relatives stating the name of my mum in the birth certificate is the same person i filing green card for. Will really appreciate if someone can share their experience.

Affidavit's from relatives along with the new birth certificate should suffice. Worst case, they may ask for DNA test to prove relation.
