Recently Issued Birth Certificate

I have no birth certificate issued close to "time of birth" was able to travel to my birthplace recently and get a certified copy. Is this recent certificate (plus affidavits from parent, parents siblings) enough or will they need more documents ?
Just to clarify - This is not a late registered birth (registration happened 10 days after birth)

I don't know what you are trying to apply but this is good enough.
