Hello All, I am filing an adjustment of status for my parents visiting me from India on B-2 visitor visa. I will be filing all the forms together as concurrent filing (i130,i485, i131, i765,i693, i864). I will be the applicant on i130 and main sponsor along with my husband as household member. My question is can I be a preparer and translator on the forms that my parents have to fill (i485, i131, i765, i693,) as beneficiary. Thanks.
