Are these income requirements enough for i-864 for both parents

Hello, Need your guidance for a question for i864. For a household size of 5 (that includes two separately filed i130 and i864 for parents and including them), our household income this year will be more than $350K and past 3 years tax returns/transcripts also prove more than $200K as total income on form 1040 (total for me and my spouse). (My spouse income is higher than mine and I have started working again since October 2021, having taken a break from work for a few years due to health issues). Spouse will add form i864A.
Will this be sufficient? Or should we add assets too? Thanks.
