GC Interview
I have GC interview scheduled on Sept 27, 2022 and Oct 2022 bulletin EB2 is retrogressed. What are the chances to get green card after interview. Priority date is Oct 23, 2013.

You will go to the interview and then, when your priority date is current again, you will receive the green card.
They may ask for a new medical exam if it takes too long for your case to be current again.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

Btw, why are you called for an interview? I thought all EB interviews were being waived.
