I-485 Medical RFE for hepatitis B positive and can not take vaccination

I need some guidance in responding to my I-485 RFE where USCIS is asking to submit medical again so i did my medical again and everything else is fine but the new test for hepatitis B came positive and i am not eligible to take hepatitis B vaccination.

I just want to know what are the options I have and how I should respond to RFE.
I would appreciate it if you can share some experience or some guidance her
