No medical RFE for spouse, primary received

Hi, My husband who is the primary applicant received his Medical RFE in July. It's over 2 months now and I still didn't receive my medical RFE and lawyer said I need to wait and they just responded to his medical RFE. Is anyone else in the same boat as me and how long it took you to get medical RFE for your spouse? We both received EAD without AP in July.
