Hi, I got an RFE in October, 2021 for i-693 deficiency. USCIS asked me to keep the i-693 ready with me but not to mail. If I mail it might delay my GC process. USCIS said that they will instruct me later how to send it or I may have to bring it during the interview. But now almost one year is over and I still did not get my interview notice or any further communication how to send my signed form i-693. The 60 days rule of submitting form i-693 from the doctor's signing date will expire on September 30, 2022. What should I do now? By the by my biometrics was done on November 18, 2021. No further update after that.

You received the RFE in October 2021 (I think it was a courtesy letter and not RFE because they didn't ask you to mail the I-693) and you did the medical around August 01, 2022?
The 60 days rule is for medical exams done before submitting the I-485, as you already send the I-485 your sealed I-693 is valid for 2 years. I hope you get news soon. Good luck.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
