I-693 Medical Examination - Positive TB test

Hello!

So I am in a very challenging situation. I received RFE for medical exam with just 30 days only to respond. My TB blood test is positive and I am waiting for Chest X-ray results. According to Civil Surgeon even a negative X-Ray results should be reported to local Health Unit. So in case if I am diagnosed with TB, I will have to start the treatment. All required tests and treatment will take few months time. And according to USCIS Civil Surgeon will not be able to sign i-693 form without complete treatment. However USCIS only gave one month to respond to the RFE. In that case how can I respond to RFE? Or is there any way to get later date to respond to RFE? Please guide me through this. Thank you!!!
