Almost one year ago I came to US through Mexico. After three weeks in jail I got released on parole and I got a form i-94 that most likely means that I got admissed to the US. My wife finally got her permanent residency last month and we filled the form i-130. My question is, could we fill the form i-485 right now or we should wait for the i-130 to be accepted first? Am I available to get the GC through AOS and not consular proccesing? Thank you!
