I-485, time to get notice of action

if your priority date is current and you I-130 is pending and your visa is going to expired. Go ahead and file for Adjustment of status(I-485), dont wait until approval of I-130.once you will got file no of (I-485) and if your visa will expreid. then also there will be no problem.

Place of last entry into the United States

Hello! I am not really sure what to put on this section where it says place of last entry into the US. I was inspected by a US immigration officer in Toronto where I boarded my flight going to Philadelphia. What should I put on this section? Should I put Toronto or Philadelphia?

Interview letter

Today, I got my interview letter on 18th Jan 2011.

I filed AOS based on F2A on 4th Nov. -> finger print on 6th Dec -> interview on 18th Jan.

Today, I got update on my EAD status as Approved

AOS interview

We had interview today. its went fine. The problem is that they received the package on 31st Oct. 2010. & my priority date is in Nov. 2010.

on my NOA for I-485 its receipt date : 4th Nov. 2010
But Interview letter priority date is : 31st Oct. 2010.

So, its mistake of 1 day early filing. Now, lets see what happen. He told me that you might be need to file again.
