Hi..I AM from Venezuela, I already began an inmigration process based on family petition. But, nowadays Venezuela and USA doesnt keep diplomatic relationship and all the inmigration process must be done at the american embassy located in Colombia. So, I would like to know if I go to the EEUU by mean of the Venezuelan humanitarian beneffit like they Ucranian one, could I appy for an adjusment of status?

Who is petitioning whom? You realize that Adjustment of Status can only be filed when a visa number is available for the category and priority date, right?

I am sorry My petitioner is My son, he is an american citizen. I started the petition many years ago and the process was going ahead until I had to send the form to ask for the appointment at The american embassy, but I had a personal trouble and I forgot to comunícate to the NVC in The period of a year so I was punished and I had to start the process almost from the begining again.

I believe that yes, if you are paroled into the US through the new Process for Venezuelans program, you will be able to do Adjustment of Status, since you are "admitted or paroled".
