My wife and I are looking for help in our immigrations matter. She is a US citizen living in Metairie and I'm a Swedish citizen living in Sweden. How do we prepare my move to the US? Woul'd you like to help us, and to wich cost? Some questions we would like to have answers to are: Can I, as an immidiate relative, apply for an Adjustment of status (form I-485) after entering the US on the Visa Wavier Program? Wich status do I have during the process time, the pending time? Am I allowed to work during this time? How long time does it take to get the "Green Card"? And how can we prepare us for the application to get everything done in an easy matter?
