  • No updates after sending Medical / i-693 RFE Response - Close to 2 months...

    DETAILS:

    - PD - Sept 2014

    - Employer-A had EB2 i140 Approved

    - In Oct 2020 did concurrent filing of i-485 & new EB-3 i140 (EB-3 i140 was also approved in Feb 2021)

    - After 180 days of concurrent filing, I left Employer-A (had received EAD/AP Card valid for 1 year by then). Employer-A never withdrew any i-140 (and has not done so till date)

    - Submitted i-485 Sup J in mid 2021, with Employer-B. We also renewed EAD and AP. Received EAD renewal (Card valid for 2 years, till 2024)

    - On Sept 01, 2022 my i-485 and Employer-B i-485 Sup J was transferred to a FO (on the other side of the country) and status changed to "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction"

    - Meanwhile, on Sept 02, 2022, the status for my pending AP renewal changed to "The fingerprints relating to your Form I-131 Application for Travel Document, were taken"

    - On Sept 16, 2022 I received a Medical RFE (generated on Sept 08, 2022) from this FO; to which I responded to Sept 22, 2022 (delivered and signed by someone at Security Station on Sept 23, 2022) - Due Date was Dec 05, 2022 - At this point I was not sure if the were automatically associating my case with prior non-withdrawn EB2 i140 (I never filed for TUB)

    - On Oct 14, 2022 - USCIS Approved my pending AP renewal, but the i-485 & i-485 Sup J statuses have remained "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" till date

    - USCIS (EMMA) Support agents have given me varied responses ranging from - "We cannot see Medical RFE response, give it 60 days" --> "Officers dont have to update online status on all RFEs" --> "Case doesnt necessarily move to NBC upon retrogression anc can stay at FO" --> "On Oct 26, 2022 - I see something was received on Oct 25 & Your case it not retrogressed, which I now know means a Visa number must be assigned to you" --> "In Nov, 2022 - if date is retrogressed you will wait & I see fingerprints were applied last on Oct 15, 2022" --> "Creating an SR (8 Digit Number only) for a call back to see if RFE rersponse was received"

    - Its now been 2.5 weeks and I havent received a call back, but EMMA agents maintain my case is still at FO (and cases are not always updated for Medical RFEs)

    -----

    - Not sure what is happening, but was hoping my case to become CRP by now and at this point just want to ensure they received my Medical RFE Response

Without premium processing, USCIS warns that the time it takes to receive a response to an RFE can be up to 60 days. In reality, most RFEs are answered far more quickly, assuming no other problems or delays are present. You want to learn more about religion and how racism is related to it. Do you know the relation between racism and religion. If no, Don't worry I recommended you this https://blackchristiannews.com/2021/...-and-religion/ link. They all substantially link issues and aid in your understanding of the key concepts. During your time in college or for your education, you could require this. In addition, it is significant and beneficial for your attitudes.
