Hello Team,
My PD Nov 2014, I have submitted I-485 in July 2022 and I completed my finger prints in August. On Sep 24th I was ask to submit I-485J by filed officer and also he mentioned submit form ASAP, As he has few visa numbers available only. Immediately I submitted and officer received it on Sep 27th, Before I get receipt for I-485 J, I-485 status has been changed to transferring case to NBC. On Oct 17th my I-485J has been approved and got approval notice. after approval I-485 case status was changed to USCIS has been paused working on my case due to unavailability of Visa numbers. Few days back I reached out to USCIS and they are saying my case still active and they working on the case, I am confused with this and checking if any one on same boat or any advice. Please suggest. Thanks in Advance.
