But I am in need of your help.
The question I have is
Can I get a green card through my marriage even though I have a deportation order on my name.
Full disclosure...... Been in the USA since I was 13.
came into the country without seeing border patrol.
Got status thru TPS Haiti in 2011 and been on it ever since.
I had this deportation order since my teenage years and it still on me as we speak.
I married a US citizen recently and am in the process of doing my I485 for adjustment of status.
3 years ago I used the travel document to travel outside of the usa and came back in legally and crossed the border patrol and got my Haitian passport stamped all the while having the deportation order on my name.
Now that am married and am about to file ......
I wanted to ask my fellow members has anyone had a similar situation as me and have done the I485 and have gotten the green card WITHOUT taking the deportation order off there name RECENTLY.
Please help and all feedback is welcomed.
