Parents adjustment of status form question "is your current spouse applying with you"

Hi,

I am a US citizen and applying for my parents AOS. I am filling out their form I485 Part 4, question 10. Is your current spouse applying with you? Should I select yes or no? I am confused as I know they have individual I-130 and I-485 and it's not a derivative application. Should I select yes or no?

I would highly appreciate the help.

Also if you sponse soemon on 864, how manyperson some one can some, let say iwant to sponsor both parents and 1 brother. can i do three ppl sponsor
