Adjustment of Status for Dependents in India while Primary Applicant is in the US

I have an approved I 140 and my priority date is current now . I was in India from 2019 - 2022 and mm relocating from India à US by Dec 2022. Only am traveling now and my dependents (Spoue & Child) will join me in Jul 2023.

1. Can I file for I-485 immediately or should i wait for a certain period
2. My dependents would be arriving on H4 in Jun 2023. Can I file for them after they arrive in US or is it possible to file I-485while they are in India and am in the US ?
3. Is there any expiry for priority date ?
