  • HELP Case transferred new jurisdiction - Waiting for 17 months

Hi everyone. To put everyone in context on my timeline:

    August 2021: submitted I-140 (EB-2)+ I-485/ advanced parole EAD \
January 2022 we got our EAD/advanced parole.
September I got my I-140 approved.
December 2022: case was transferred to a new jurisdiction to speed up the process (which is already 17 months!!). We have our medical exams (sealed at home, since we couldn't send them on time) and we're afraid they'll expire! (they last for 24 months but if everything continues like this it could be very possible and we don't have the money to repeat this). How long after a case been transferred we'll get an update? Is there any way to speed up the process (like a phone number to talk to tier2? I tried but the robot machine was not allowing me to transfer). PLEASE any help will be much appreciated!!

    Best,

    Best,
Sorry but this can happen and is not unusual. I'm waiting since Jan 2021. EB1.
