Extension of I-765+AP

Hi.
I had applied under the AoS - F2B category and had my interview in Oct 2021. The case is stalled as visa's arent available right now.
My EAD+AP expires in Aug 2023. What is the earliest I can file. Getting different answers at USCIS website, Emma chat and the lawyer. Any guidance would be helpful.

We encourage you to file your renewal application as soon as possible once your EAD is within 180 days of its expiration date to reduce the possibility of a gap in your employment authorization.

Go to: https://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd.html
enter your EAD expiration date, subtract 180 days (or 179 if you want to be safe) and that is the date you can start your renewal.

I hope EAD renewals are faster now, I have seen some renewals take more than 12 months a year or so ago. Good luck.
