Any help would be greatly appreciated
1) I have I-140 from Company A
2) Later I've joined Company B as my H1 extension with Company A got rejected (got my new H1 with Company B through consular processing)
3) Now Company A is ready to file my I-485 (on future employment basis)
Question:
Would there be any issues (possible RFE's) if I file 485 through my old employer on future employment basis or transfer my H1 to him and them apply for 485?
