Is it safe to travel to India, get H1-B visa stamped, and come back while - I-130/I-485 is pending with USCIS ?
I heard that Advance parole is not required either in such case.
Has anyone faced issues in such a scenario while entering the US ? Or has this resulted in I-485 abandonment/denial for anyone ?
I spoke to a lawyer and she said don't travel. But USCIS website and lot of forums state that with H1-B visa, I-485 will stay intact.
Please advise what caution should I take if travel is allowed but not recommended.
