I-130 approved but I'm waiting for I-485?

Hello everyone,

I am married to an American citizen and we got an RFE for I-485. USCIS wants health exam. I have already prepared it and will forward it with the RFE letter.

I-130 was approved 1 day after this RFE. RFE is required for I-485 in the system. What does this mean? My card was approved without Interview and when the medical exam reaches USCIS, will I-485 be approved as well? That's how I understood it, but is it correct?

If the RFE asks for the medical and it says that you need to send it, then most likely you will not get an interview.
