I 485 approval time after I 130 approval

Hello everyone,

On March 29th I-130 was approved but I had not submitted the medical exam. RFE for I-485 came and they asked for medical exam. It was delivered to the Field Office on April 5, but no response. How long did it take those who went through a similar process to pass the medical exam and get approval after I-130 was approved? If I am not mistaken, this means that the card will be approved without an interview, but it has been 15 days and it is strange that there is still no response.

My mom's I-130 was approved 01/23/2023. 2/3/2023 RFE was delivered at the field office. I am still waiting for approval of I-485. Its taking like centuries for the last leg to get cross over.
