Adjustment of status after withholding removal status termination from court.

Hello All,

Our daughter filled an I130 and was approved couple of years ago, we couldn’t adjust our status because my wife and I had the withholding removal status which needed to be reopened and closed by an immigration judge, now that is also opened and closed by the judge, I wanted to know what are the forms that we need to fill and send to USCIS? I don’t really want to hire a lawyer to just fill the forms which we can do ourselves unless we have to, please let me know if we could just fill the forms or we should hire a lawyer????

What do you mean by "the withholding removal status" got reopened and closed? Do you mean the removal proceedings got reopened and closed instead?

Thank you for your response and sorry for not being clear there, yes, removal proceedings got reopened and closed because AOS is available as our daughter fillled the I130.

In 1996 we applied for asylum which was not approved but were given withholding removal status if that helps.
