Hello,
Does anyone have an example of a letter attached with an I-290B form for a motion to reconsider after the I-485 has been denied to a missing affidavit of support? Or do you know where I can find such an example? We forgot to attach the petitioner’s tax record when replying to the request for evidence and the case was denied and now we want to file a motion to reopen to tackle the basis for the denial but quite unsure what reasons we can give other than we forgot. There is a rush to it and we currently have no immigration lawyer.
