filing i-485 have a question

    filing i-485 have a question

    I am filing i-485 for my husband who stayed on his b1/b2 visa. On part one it says i-94# he doesn't have an i-94 all he has is his passport with the visa stamp and date he arrive. What do i put for this? I am confuse please help. Would preferre someone who has alot of knowledge or someone that had similar experience.

    didnt he get a i-94 when he came into the US?

      No. All he has is his passport with the stamp of when he last arrive to the us.

        he should have one. it's given when you were inspected by the immigration officer in the airport.
