We live in Houston. I did not receive any notice in mail and there was nothing uploaded on our online USCIS account stating the date and time of our interview. On May 16, 2023 I see a denial notice uploaded on my account stating I missed my interview on May 15.2023. I am living on the same address since I filed my petition. Me and my husband have a 2 months old baby together. I am waiting for a tier 2 officer to call me back. Please can you advise me what else I need to do. I do not want to file a motion. Please your help and timely response will be appreciated.
