Starting corporation after filing I-485?

Could you please suggest, if it's allowed to start corporation once I-485 is filed?

if parents are in USA, so while filing for parents GC, it is allowed to file for I-130 & I-485;
can parent start small business of their own (corporation); is it allowed? or if there is waiting period, I meant, if parents needs to wait for completion of certain state & get certain status before they can start their own small business (corporation) in USA?

Anyone can start a corporation, even someone not in the US. But if they want to perform "work" for their corporation while they are in the US, then they will need to be authorized to work in the US, and they will need to wait until they have an EAD or green card to be authorized to work. It is possible to own a corporation without working for it.

As suggested that to do own business, one would need to wait for EAD;

can you please share (even a good guess would be very helpful) that how much time it takes to get EAD,

on google, I found that if parents are in USA (I-130 & I-485 can be filed in parallel) and it takes approx. 13 months for GC sponsorship for parents complete process,

however I could not found how much time it takes to EAD in such case (Parents sponsorship staying with in USA)?

According to https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ it takes around 11.5 to 17 (depending on the center) months for most cases to get the EAD.
