Renewing AP after expiry

Hi, my I-485 AOS application is pending but date retrogressed. My advance parole is also about to be expired and I have travel plans out of the country this month.

Can someone help with the below questions?

1) can advance parole be renewed after it expires?

2) If so for how long after the expiry it can be renewed?

3) can I travel outside of the us and come back in my H4 status and maintain the I-485 application status in case the advance parole is expired?

3. If you have maintained H4 status until now, yes. But if you last entered on Advance Parole instead of H4 visa, or if you used AOS-based EAD to work during this stay, then you no longer have H4 status.
