Got laid off within 180 days after filing 485.
I am expecting my EAD in another month or so.
Keeping in mind the above facts:
1.Can i work on that EAD till it expires, even if my AOS gets rejected before the EAD expires?
2.If there was not at all a RFE from INS, can i still get the GC?
3.If the AOS is still pending, and my EAD expires, can i extend it for another year and work on it?
4.Is there a stage where INS can ask me for some documentation or proof of working for the sponsored employer, except in case of an RFE? Like could they ask me the proof when i go for fingerprinting(FP)?
