Has anyone here applied for a green card based on a U-visa?
What was your experience? What sort of evidence did you submit (photos, medical records, tax documents, etc) ?
A relative of mine will be starting the process soon, and was advised by an local attorney that he needs evidence that he was in the United States for every month for the last 3 years (so 36 months!!) . This seems a little excessive, but I don't know...
