No response after marriage based green card interview
Hello everyone. I just found out about this forum a few days ago and I hope someone would be able to guide and advise me on what to do. I had my marriage based interview (i130 & i485) at the Newark New Jersey field office in December 2021 and up until today, almost two years I’ve heard nothing back and haven’t received my green card in the mail.
I was told I could reach out to the state, senate, mayor, county where we live to help petition or look further into our case
my i485 still says case is actively being reviewed and my husband’s i130 says it’s outside of processing time.
another situation is that we moved to another state 6 months ago so I’d also like to know what senate to write to. New Jersey where we lived or the state we moved to. Please help
